The Come Teach with Me program is very flexible. Its procedures are easily adaptable whether you are working with a trainee, a disciple, or a teaching assistant. The program does not dictate any particular method of teaching. It works with any teaching style, any age of students, and any curriculum. Come Teach with Me is not designed for implementation as an official church program. It requires no administrative infrastructure, no large gatherings, and no training sessions in teaching methodologies. Its procedures have been built around the actions of the lead teacher who works independently with the co-teaching partner. They, of course, will function under the authority of the church leaders.
